The movie is the sequel to the 2000 Charlie's Angels movie, a remake of the 1976 tv series of the same name, and was directed again, by McG.

The angels are on a rescue mission in Mongolia, as they have to rescue the kidnapped US Marshal Ray Carter.

Back to the US, we find out they have a new Bosley (who is Bosley's adoptive brother) who gives them a new mission from Charlie, to recover titanium rings which were stolen from the US Department of Justice, and which have stored inside them the information of the witness protection program .

They find out the DOJ official and a protected witness were k1lled,so they go to the protected witness' house to investigate. Their research takes them to the beach, where Natalie meets the former angel, Madison Lee, and see a man matching their description of the k1ller, surfing. Dylan finds him very attractive, and considering she is only attracted to bad guys, they think he's it.

Following him they end up at the Cowl Bowl motorcycle race, where the man tries to k1ll "Leo", Max Petroni. To the angels' surprise, the man is k1lled by the Thin Man! In the man's pockets they find pictures of the victims and even Dylan, under her birth name Helen Zaas.

She tells the girls she used to date a bad guy, Seamus O'Grady, that she was madly in love with (I loved the scene in which she was screaming at him "I love you Seamus! I would die for you!") until she saw him k1lling someone, and she entered the witness protective program.

Bosley takes Max to his mother's place, and the angels investigate the Thin Man.

Alex and her man are on a "time out" her man doesn't understand the meaning of, and her father is paying her a visit. Her man meets her father who tells him about Charlie, making him think Alex is in a different line of work than she's really in!

Natalie and Pete moved in together, and he wants to take it to the next level, thing which makes Natalie and the girls believe he wants to propose!

Trying to get the titanium rings back, Dylan fights with Seamus, and he tells her he'll k1ll the angels, so she leaves in order to protect them (it doesn't make any sense, as we know the girls can take care of themselves).

I used to love this movie, last night not so much. It is action packed, the scenes look great ,as long as you suspend your disbelief, as the things the girls go through, they should be not only wounded, but broken and dead! They are in serious accident crashes, falls, etc, but they never have a scratch on them!

It did look like the girls had a lot of fun filming!

The movie has everything, action, comedy, romance, dancing scenes.. a little bit of everything for everyone, I'd say.

Whenever Seamus appears, the Cape Fear theme accompanies him, and he even has the same allure Robert De Niro had in the movie, with the same tattoo "Only God can judge me" on his back. I think Justin Theroux was the best, as his character is pretty dark, and he even speaks with an Irish accent.

The acting was good.

John Forsythe voices Charlie again.

The movie has many cameos from the original Charlie's angel Jaclyn Smith, Carrie Fisher, Bruce Willis, Rodrigo Santoro, Melissa McCarthy, rapper Eve, The Pussycat Dolls and the Olsen twins.

The visual effects were good.

The soundtrack was good, just like the first one.

The movie received mixed reviews as the critics complained that it didn't make sense, and had a bad plot, which is true. It was nominated for 7 Golden Raspberry Awards, winning 2, for Worst Sequel and Worst Excuse for an Actual Movie; and 7 Stinkers Bad Movie Awards, and won 2, Worst Director and Most Intrusive Musical Score.

Cinema Score audiences graded the movie a B+.

The movie grossed 259 million dollars at the box office, against a production budget of 120 million.
