Cast : Freida Pinto, Logan Marshall Green, Robert John Burke

Therapist Meera and her husband, architect Henry Parsons, have a scare, as she thinks she found another breast lump when she feels herself, and the breast cancer she thought she defeated, came back. Luckily for her, the doctor tells her it’s just scar tissue.

Henry seems to be the perfect husband, always there for her, very loving and caring, helping her with anything she needs.

When they come home from a date night, they see their home was broken into, but nothing was taken (except for a laptop and 2 phones), the place was just vandalized.

One night, Meera wakes up hearing people around the house, seeing the power is out. While Henry is out ,checking the generator, she is caught by the men inside, and tied up. Henry manages to k1ll 2 of them, and put one in the hospital in critical condition.

Meera starts getting suspicious after she hears the men who broke into their home, were all related, looking for their daughter / sister who’s been missing for a month.

It all starts when Henry forgets his wallet, while going to buy something, and she follows him, seeing him driving towards the hospital.

She then goes to the trailer park (the trailer park didn’t look like one) the men lived in, looking through their house, finding mail from Henry, and starts looking over their own house plans (Henry built the house ) and sees there’s more (hidden) space, and that the men who vandalized their home worked on the house when Henry built it, the girl appearing in pictures Henry took!

Apparently the first time I watched it I didn’t like it, but now I did. Meera seems to have everything ,a perfect life (after a struggle) with a perfect man. All this comes crumbling down after the home invasion makes her doubt her reality ,and starts investigating.

Meera can’t get over the fact their home was just invaded, Henry k1lled 2 people, and he seems to be fine, without any remorse or guilty conscience, wanting to still have the house party they’ve been planning for a while.

The acting was good.

I liked the soundtrack.

The movie is a Netflix production, and can be found on the platform.

Rating : Worth a watch !
