This entity from another planet, Darkseid, is destroying worlds, turning the inhabitants of these planets into his dark,possessed,puppets.

 

After trying to take the earth, centuries ago,it has returned with avengeance, as the death of Superman awoken one of the three mother boxes,- living,sentient machines with female programming created on new genesis, lost on earth and hidden by the Amazons, the Atlantians and the humans.

 

This character, Darkseid, looking like Thanos reminded me of the character in The Chronicles of Riddick , Lord Marshal, who was destroying worlds turning their population into its puppets.

 

Batman is looking for people with superpowers and creates a team to defeat this dark force.

 

The movie is built in parts with names like chapters.

 

I loved the way it was shot, the angles. Most of the time I could tell it was CGI, it reminded me of 300 in that sense, it felt like the outside was filmed in front of the blue screen.

 

The acting was great, Ben Affleck was great as Batman, all the actors fit their parts, becoming their characters..When it comes to the characters, all of them had a backstory so the viewer would understand where they are coming from.

 

The Flash was funny, the visual effects were good, but most of the time you could tell it was CGI. It looked like CGI even when it didn't seem they needed CGI. Cyborg and the alien invaders look CGI.

 

The fighting scenes were great, the soundtrack was good.

 

The movie might have been 4 hours long, but it did not bore me, it was perfectly merged into a whole.
