After being in Rome's service for 15 years,Arthur and his knights, among them,Lancelot, are coming back to Britain,to be given the papers which release them from Rome's employment and recognizes them as free men.

Their journey back is not without incident,as the bishop was sought after by the pagan tribes led by Merlin.

Once home, the bishop tells them they have to do one more thing for Rome, after which they'll be given the papers and be free. They have to bring back the son of a powerful Roman politician who's land is among the pagan lands. Son,who is the pope's godchild, and who the pope sees as the next pope.

Once, there,Arthur discovers how cruel the romans really are to those they consider pagans and beneath them, using them as slaves, using the word of God,or God himself as an excuse for their own actions.

Arthur also finds out his mentor is dead for more than a year, and the Rome he believed in is long dead.

After rescuing one of Merlin's people from the Romans, she takes him to meet Merlin, who proposes a deal.

The actors are all good,so are the costumes ( especially the bishop's) and the make-up ( Merlin's people paint themselves).

The movie is action packed,as Arthur and his men keep on getting behind enemy lines.

The movie is available for rent or buy on Amazon Prime Video, AMC on Demand, Apple iTunes, DirecTv, Google Play Movies, Microsoft Store, Redbox, Vudu, YouTube.
