Aaron goes back home to the small town he grew up in, a town in which it didn't rain for 220+ days. There, he attends the funeral of one of his childhood friends who is said committed murder / suicide, of his wife and child, then turning on himself.

As he is not seen with good eyes by the father and brother of a childhood friend who was found drowned, and the blame was placed on Aaron, we see the past and present unfold, the tactics used by this family to intimidate Aaron and his father ( they k!lled a baby cow then and now, just to thrown it on their porch and car) .

As Aaron investigates, now a Melbourne cop, it seems to be more a staged killing as a murder suicide.

SPOILER The end is surprising as we see how far a crazy evil person can go after k!lling their own blood, trying to pass it on to someone else, stalking and hunting them when they know the person is innocent, just so they would be out of the police's suspicions.

The acting was good, I usually don't like dramas, but this one didn't bore me, and I liked the soundtrack.

Also, the landscapes are beautiful.

Rating : Worth a watch !
