First Anniversary 2x7

The episode opens with a car accident,as the couple are having a fight. The woman comes out of the flames without a scratch.

At her dead husband's office, his colleagues talk about how they never saw her, and how lucky this man was for having a woman like her. She enters the office of the man who said his colleague was so lucky to have her,and looking at the picture of his mother, changes into his idea of the perfect woman.

A year later they are married, and he starts to think she tastes funny,or even smells funny.

His friend who was looking average, like him, was also married to a gorgeous woman, and for some unknown reason went mad, saying his wife was ugly and he couldn't even look at her.

The acting was good, especially from the leads.

The visual effects were good.

Worlds Apart 2x10

An astronaut lands on water on a planet with large sea creatures. He sends a signal to earth to be rescued.

The people on earth realize he traveled through a worm hole, and although to him it feels like a few hours or days,it's been 20 years.

The chairwoman in charge of these kind of missions, used to be his girlfriend and is now married. This brings back the past and she has to take the decision if to risk the lives of 12 people to rescue one.

The acting was good.

The visual effects were so and so,as you can tell the CGI was cropped in the frame.

The Refuge 2x11

The episode opens with a man who is walking through the dark, snowy, woods. He sees people inside a house, and trying to get close to it,he is hit by some sort of energy wall, and is knocked unconscious.

Waking up inside, he meets the residents who tell him they are living apocalyptic freezing times, and there are no other refuges.

He likes the doctor who treats him,but she loses interest in him as she sees the wife of the son of the man who's house they are all in,leaving his room, kissing him.

The old man running the place is almost k!lled by his son for sleeping with his wife, and k!lling his own son,the lead tries to fight him,but he is overpowered mentally, and wakes up in the living-room,reliving the dinner scene, but with the same people playing different characters.

He starts realizing the old man is playing with people's minds, and he's the only one he can't control.

The acting was good.

The visual effects were good.

I liked the soundtrack.

Out of Body 2x20

A female scientist is working on a project ,as she believes people have no soul, but they can enter another dimension.

The episode opens with her having a nightmare about being in a car accident, and seeing herself from outside her body.

At work, she tries to get more funding for her project, but one of the funders refuses,as he is questioning her ethics, him being a religious person.

As funding is denied, she decides to become a test subject herself, and asks her assistant to help her. Her assistant cranks up the safety parameters which results in the scientist leaving her body in an accident.

I hated how the religious people were depicted, which is how they usually are in such movies.

The leading character annoyed me,as even out of body, she still didn't think she had a soul, she thought she entered another dimension, although she was still in our reality, and could see her body connected to the machines!! I honestly rooted for the religious people, and for her to di3!

Although she dies at the end,her husband thought she was still alive, because he realized she was well..a ghost!

This episode was so badly written!

The acting was so and so,I think the lead could have done better.

The visual effects were so and so.

The soundtrack was so and so,as at times I felt it didn't match.

Phobos Rising 4x24

On a Mars base, the people working at the Free Aliance Space Force there are told by their superior on earth that their opposition,The Coalition, is suspecting them of having radium or tri-radium weapons ( Radium, apparently is three million times more radioactive than uranium, and is seen as a better alternative, according to google ).He is telling them to find out what's going on,as Mars is the only place tri-radium exists.

The transmission is interrupted as they see on screen the earth being burnt (I don't think that in an explosion the fire would look like that).

The people on the Mars station check their supplies and come to the conclusion they have a year worth of food and oxygen supplies.

Their superior on Mars tells them they need to be ready to fire at the Coalition Mars base.

The Coalition Mars base contacts them letting them know that as far as they know they are not at war, and their side didn't launch an attack.

They decide to investigate the tri-radium on Mars together,to see if anyone is smuggling it.

They realize if the earth was blown up,they will feel the shock wave on Mars. Unfortunately, they do.

The Free Alliance superior is getting restless, scared, impatient and paranoid, thinking the Coalition is behind it,and wants to bomb the Coalition base on Mars before the Coalition can bomb them, and it seems no one can stop her .

The acting was good.

The episode had suspense and mystery.

The visual effects were good for the era.

The soundtrack was good.

Black Box 4x25

Lt.col. Brandon Grace is shot in a forest while on a mission.

Later,we see him back to civilian life, haunted by the memories of war.

The memories of war are not the only ones haunting him,as he is followed by a woman everywhere he goes.

He tries to reconnect with his family, but his wife doesn't allow him to see his daughter.

The memories of war bleed into his day to day life, and he complains about finding it hard to breathe.

This was one of my favorite episodes. It reminded me of Source Code and Jacob's Ladder, and I'd say it was just as good. The episode even made me cry when Grace finally met with his daughter,as he was haunted by his guilty conscience of letting his family, especially his daughter for his job as a soldier.

I liked the soundtrack,the acting..

This was one of my favorite tv series growing up. The series have everything from episodes which happen in the mind, to aliens and AI.

You can watch 6 seasons of the series on The Roku Channel, and you can buy the series on Amazon (3 seasons) and AppleTv (the complete collection). The complete series are streaming for free on MGM+ on Amazon Prime Video Channels.
