If all ghosts were this gorgeous..,let me just start by saying it !
So,Kate,our lead,is a lawyer who needs to get an inn appraised. This becomes a hard job as the inn has a ghost 12 days of the year,before Christmas -from the 13th to the 24th of December.
So,Daniel is a ghost,but becomes flesh and blood for 12 days. He even wears glasses!

The 12 days were his fiance's miracle for in her opinion it was enough to learn from his mistakes and repent. He was a ghost since 1918,the year now was 2015!
The movie was dumb,there's this scene towards the end when they kiss and she faints or something.
The ex / dead fiance was also in the house as a ghost but they never see each other !?! His k!ller,the cousin,was also in the house!
In the end,he doesn't want to cross over with his fiance,the one who waited for him as a ghost! He wants to stay with a woman he just met! It's love !
I didn't like the fact they took him out of a love story and put him in another, I hate it when they do that!
They could have put someone in the story for Kate too, instead they made these two, a ghost and a woman in flesh and blood fall in love!
It would have been so much better if he crossed over with his fiance, especially since he thought she cheated with his brother, and existed through the decades with the rage of that .
It was love at first sight although Lily is unappealing. I always get annoyed when I see they put an insipid actress in the role of the hot one. The woman is also after his money,as she said,the reason she is marrying him is for his inn - ain't love grand! It truly bothers me when the belle of the ball is plain but everybody is in love with her.
I love how in movies they sleep with makeup on,the bra on,also boots! Thumbs up!Rolling my eyes!
