A couple looking for a house ends up in the real estate agency of a strange real estate agent .

The man asks them to follow him to where the house is,and leaves them there.

In this place all houses look exactly alike, the same color, the same shape.

They try to leave but they can't find their way out,it's like a labyrinth ,they keep on getting back to their house, number 9.

They find a box with food outside their door. The man burns the house down but the next day the house is back, looking exactly the same like before.

The next box contains a baby they have to raise. The baby grows very fast and has the voice of a grown up. He watches weird tv and screams like an animal, endlessly ,when he's hungry ( this is like a 7 year old now) ,he can't ask for food, he just screams although he CAN TALK. Whenever he wants something the kid just screams on end. He wakes them up with his screaming ,in the morning. He might be an alien.

Everything in that place seems fake, the perfect houses, fences, the sky,the sun,the light it casts, the clouds.

The food has no taste, the place has no smell.

The movie (which premiered in May 2019 at the Cannes Film Festival, and was released a year later on streaming platforms!) feels like a long ( and bad) episode of the Twilight Zone.

Moral of the story - Don't follow the creepy guy to where he wants to take you.

The kid who grew in a few months like others in 20 years has no empathy,he looks and acts like a serial k!ller / sociopath ,whatever.

It felt like they were brought there by a serial killer to toy with, and die.

The movie (which only grossed almost 500.000 dollars, having an estimated budget of 4 million dollars!) feels too long, not much happens, and at the end it doesn't have a release. It's just frustration. A,probably, alien creature, feeding off people's energy by having them imprisoned in a place they can't escape from until they die.

The actors were good, the character who to me is an alien, looks alienated ,unable to read or understand human emotions. The couple disintegrated mentally and physically daily. They looked exhausted, tired, hungry.

I personally hated it. I found it long and boring, and it just annoyed me with nothing making sense.

Rating : The horror, The HORROR !
