A tv soap opera producer finds his wife with the pool guy,and they don't even have a pool! He files for divorce,and the wife,who's at fault, hires Miles Massey, who is one of the best divorce lawyers out there,who created the 'Massey pre-nup', a foolproof prenuptial agreement.

Massey wins against the wronged man,winning his fortune for his client,the cheating wife.

Private investigator Petch follows the married and very rich Rex Rexroth,and catches him fooling around with his mistress.

He takes the video evidence to his wife, Marylin,who files for divorce.

Rex hires Massey to represent him, and Massey finds out the divorcing wife is a gold digger ,as she married him for the money,hoping she could divorce him for cheating,getting half or his fortune in the settlement.

Massey wins the case again, leaving Marylin with nothing.

Marylin finds the soap opera producer in the gutter,and has a chat with him.

Next,Marylin comes with her fiance to see Massey,as they want to sign his foolproof pre-nup,the man being very wealthy.

Massey is in love with Marylin now, and wants her for himself, so he is trying to persuade her to go out with him. Marylin refuses.

 

Marylin marries the wealthy man, and six months later she is a very rich divorcee.

Massey tries to win her heart again,and this time he succeeds,as she agrees to marry him.

The next day he finds out her wealthy husband was in fact an actor in the soap opera produced by the wronged man,and Massey was being played by Marylin,who seeks revenge for leaving her with nothing after the divorce from her wealthy husband.

The movie was entertaining,it has fast, witty, lines. Directed,co-written and edited by Joel and Ethan Cohen,it's written in their style,having the same type of music they got us used to, the movie reminding me of another one of my favorites from them, 'Welcome to Collinwood'.

The actors were good.
