Cast : Bill Skarsgard, Anthony Hopkins, Michael Eklund

The movie is a remake of an Argentine movie titled "4X4" from 2019.

Eddie is broke and is trying to bargain with the mechanic who fixed his van, but it's not working. He steals his wallet, taking his money, and makes calls trying to get money from people who hang up on him. He fails to pick up his daughter from school, and his ex calls to give him a piece of her mind.

He is trying the doors of the parked cars, and has luck with a Dolus . He gets inside looking for things to steal, but finding nothing, he wants to get out. But he can't. Trying to get out of the car now, he looks for things to break the glass with, and even manages to take down the interior of the door, getting to the metal. In which he cuts his arm pretty badly.

The car keeps on receiving call after call from "Answer Me" which Eddie ignores. Unable to escape from the car, he answers the persistent calls, and finds out it's the owner of the car, William.

Instead of apologizing for breaking in, Eddie curses at him entitled, and William tasers him through the car seats. He tells him his car is a trap for people like him, after his car was broken into 6 times. In a rage, trying to get out, Eddie takes his gun and shoots the window but the bullet ricochets and shoots him in the leg. He passes out while William keeps on talking to him.

He wakes up with his arm and leg bandaged, as William has 6 cameras installed in the car.

When William calls again, he lets him know he doesn't need Eddie to answer the phone, he can answer the car phone himself. Eddie is still rude and entitled, so William tasers him, turning the AC to very cold, and plays the same yodeling song, loud, on repeat. For a whole day.

Eddie realizes he needs to be nice and play along, if he ever wants to get out of the car.

The movie was entertaining, although most of the movie it's just Eddie on screen, talking to William, it was not boring.

It's only one problem with the movie, it seems the creators skipped a day, as Eddie stays in the car an extra day, between Saturday and Sunday, when William plays the yodeling song for a whole day, but then magically it's Sunday, not Monday, although we see daylight turning into night.

Eddie comes across as selfish and entitled, and seems to think the perpetrator is not him who got into somebody else's car to steal their belongings, but the guy who is trying to teach him a lesson.

Eddie seems to think it's Ok for him to steal from rich people because he's poor, and the rich somehow didn't work for their money, just inherited it, and doesn't deserve it.

William seems to be a man who snapped after living a life as a good person, being rewarded with evil.

The actors were great, Bill Skarsgard, who plays mostly alone in the car, was fantastic!

The soundtrack was good.

The movie opened to good reviews, and grossed 3.6 million dollars at the box office.
