The movie goes by two titles, but apparently the real one is Pure Art.
Sasha goes to her boyfriend's place one night, only to find him dead on the couch. She collapses, and when she comes to her senses, she calls the police.
When they come, she recognizes the man from the car who left her man's place, thinking him the shooter, so she runs away.
She goes to her place, taking her things, and notices her man, Andrei, sent her a mail with a picture of the painting he was painting. The police break her door down, and she escapes in the nick of time.
She calls one of their friends, and decides to go stay with the friend she didn't talk to in 2 years, to be safe from the police and not only.
She starts investigating why would anyone want her man, who was a painter, dead, and why would the police be after her.
As she starts investigating, we see how she met Andrei, and how their relationship blossomed.
I personally enjoyed the movie, it was fast paced, it doesn't waste time with boring things. I didn't understand why the reminiscing scenes though, especially with the nudity and s3x. It happened in the past, we don't need to see it,especially since it has nothing to do with the plot. I don't understand producers' and directors' need to exploit their actors for a few bucks!
When it comes to the villain, from the moment I saw him (because of the way he acts and looks), I was thinking he was one of the bad guys, I was surprised he wasn't, until he is revealed at the end !
The movie had beautiful colors, I liked the places they chose to film at,and I liked how it was directed. It looked like a Hollywood movie.
The actors were good, especially the one who plays Sasha's ex.
I liked the soundtrack.
Viewer discretion is advised as the movie contains nudity.
You can watch the full movie here, for free, but it has no subtitles, only automated ones, and they're not that good, and not always on :
