This buddy action comedy movie was written and directed by Steve Oedekerk, who made a cameo appearance as the dancing lip synching guard .

Nick Beam is an advertising executive, who is very much in love with his wife. One day, returning home early from office, he finds a pair doing the 'Devil's Tango' in their bed. Without bothering to talk to them (to see who they are), he goes downstairs, and finds his boss' cufflinks in the kitchen, thinking he's his wife's lover.

On the verge of a nervous breakdown, he drives slowly through L.A., until he is car jacked by T-Paul. This is not T-Paul's day, as he got the wrong man at the wrong time, and Nick drives off, throwing his wallet out of the car window.

T-Paul gets scared pleading with Nick to let him go, until Nick stops at a diner in Arizona!

Nick orders coffee, and not having his wallet, T-Paul pays. Problem is, that's all the money T-Paul has, and when they need gas, T-Paul robs the gas station. Chased by the police, they get away, as Nick feels he has nothing to lose, since his wife is having an affair, and speeds up, driving towards the man T-Paul robbed, causing him to drive into the police car chasing them, to avoid crashing into him.

Luckily for Nick and T-Paul, two robbers who match their description, are robbing the surroundings, and get blamed for Nick and T-Paul's antics, so the police are looking for them.

These two are also on Nick and T-Paul's tracks as they feel they rob on their territory.

Nick decides to rob his boss with T-Paul's help, as payback for destroying his perfect marriage.

This is one of my favorite movies, I laughed with tears the whole time! Tim Robbins and Martin Lawrence make a good team, they bounce off each other, the characters get to know each other, befriend, and their relationship evolves.

There's this ridiculous fight scene between these two, which made me laugh with tears, I didn't see such a ridiculous fight scene since Bridget Jones' men, Mark and Daniel, were fighting!

The movie has beautiful, warm colors, giving it this atmosphere of a cool, early or late summer.

The critics gave the movie negative reviews while the audiences gave it A scores on a scale of A to F.

The movie made almost 45 million dollars at the box office against a budget of 25 million.

The actors were great, the acting just flows.

The soundtrack was fine.

The movie is for rent / sale on Amazon, AppleTv, Fandango at Home.

Rating : Worth a watch !
