Linda is a stay at home mom, living the perfect life with her husband Jim and their two daughters. One morning the sheriff comes by to tell her her husband died in a car accident, the day before,while he was away on a trip.

The next day she wakes up and he is having breakfast in the kitchen. Looking around the place she finds things around the house which shouldn't be there, and when she wakes up the next day she does and leaves around the house the things she found the previous day.

Her daughter has her face full of cuts and she doesn't know what happened, while at the same time she thinks her husband is not dead, as she saw him the previous day, when he was supposed to be dead.

Trying to figure out what is happening, she finds out their marriage wasn't as perfect as she thought, and her husband was planning on cheating on her on the trip.

The movie started well, but it started to bother me as it kept on going back and forth, and she lived the day after before the previous day, which got annoying. SPOILER - at the end we realize she was the reason he d1ed, she caused it.

There's a scene in which her mother and friend call the psychiatrist who commits her into a mental health facility, which after this, it's never addressed. I want to know,what happened? How did she get out? Was that day erased?

STILL SPOILERS - Her daughter walks into a glass door, which was so obvious, but she doesn't know what happened, because the next day the glass door was already replaced?!

Not to mention, she cuts her face when her husband is alive, but when the movie starts, and she finds out her husband died, her daughter was fine, no cuts!!! The daughter should have had the cuts! It didn't make any sense!!

She still goes to the psychiatrist while knowing he commits her the day after! She doesn't do anything with the information she knows!!

A priest tells her this is happening to her because she is an empty vessel without faith! Some bullsh1t!

These kind of things make the movie unlikeable!

The acting was good, Sandra Bullock was the best, because she had to act scared, sad,cry..

The soundtrack was Ok.

The visual effects were good.

The movie received negative reviews upon its release, now holding a score of 8% positive reviews on Rotten Tomatoes , and a 29 score out of 100 on MetaCritic !

Regardless, the movie grossed 84.1 million dollars at the box office, against a budget of 20 million,being a hit.
