In late 1970's Fabbrizio Disguisey, an agent from the long line of his family's secret agents named 'masters of disguise' ,brings Devlin Bowman's smuggling ring to justice, disguised as Bo Derek.

Not wanting his son, Pistachio, to lead such a life, he quits the job, and decides to never tell him about their family's ability to take on any disguise.

Pistachio has been special since he was a baby, with the ability to copy others.

Pistachio works at his family's Italian restaurant.

Devlin Bowman is released from prison and comes after Fabbrizio, kidnapping him.

Pistachio sees everything, and calls the police, but being the silly guy he is,the police tell him to never call them again. So,asking God for help, his grandfather shows up (imitating the Exorcist's priest's arrival scene, including the music), telling him who he really is, teaching him how to disguise himself.

Pistachio needs an assistant for the job, and they hire Jennifer, a single mother, who is being warned by the grandfather ,assistants fall for the Disguisey men (to which she laughs, but the laugh's on her, because she does fall for him).

Devlin Bowman wants Fabbrizio to obtain the world's rarest treasures for him, threatening him with harming his wife if he doesn't.

With Jennifer's help, who has the brains for it, Pistachio starts following the bread crumbs leading to his father, putting on disguises.

This was one of my favorite movies 20 years ago. Now it just seemed silly. It's definitely a movie for kids. Some scenes are ridiculous, but I do enjoy watching others. The grandfather cracked me up with his lines (throwing people who applied for the job out, calling Jennifer's 7 year old son, a talking baby).

The actors were good. Dana Carvey is really good at doing impressions.

The movie includes cameos from Bo Derek, Jessica Simpson, Kenan Thompson, and more.

The music chosen for the movie was ridiculous and generic, but there are some gems like 'Can't touch this' by Mc Hammer.

The movie was penned by critics as one of the worst movies ever made, and made more than 43 million dollars at the box office against a budget of 16 million.

The movie is for free on Hoopla, for 7 days free on AppleTv+, for rent on Amazon Prime Video, AppleTv, Fandango at Home, and for sale on Amazon Prime Video, AppleTv, Fandango At Home.

Rating : Could have been a contender !
