Pippa and Thomas are a young couple who move in together with rent. The owners, who we are told,do not rent to just anyone, don't want them to install curtains on their large windows.

As soon as they move in, they notice their neighbors from across the street, who, although they have curtains, keep them open, and do the nasty a lot. The windows are as big as the wall, and they can see everything they do inside.

At first they think the guy is with a certain woman they see living and doing the nasty with, all the time, but then realize she was the lover, and he is married to someone else, he is cheating on with many models, as the guy is a photographer.

The guy they spy on doesn't seem to love his wife, as he is aggressive towards her.

Pippa wishes she could hear what they are saying, and one of their friends tell her Thomas used a laser pointer to spy on the girl he liked when he was in school. But they need a reflective surface to point the beam back at them.

What a coincidence, the couple they spy on have a Halloween party, and they decide to crash it, to plant a mirror.

The morning after, the couple fights, as the wife saw the man leaving the bathroom with another woman. They fight, he pushes her, and she breaks her glasses.

Another coincidence (way too many, if you ask me), the woman, they named Margo, comes to the place Pippa works at, L'Optique (Pippa is an optometrist in training), to get new glasses, and Pippa finds out her real name is Julia.

Julia likes her (which are the odds) and invites her to a spa day.

Pippa accepts, and they have a day together, in which Julia opens up about her relationship.

Pippa can't help but tell Julia the husband cheats on her, as she feels sorry for her, and sends her a few messages through the wireless printer.

Realizing what the message said was correct, Julia k1lls herself.

Seeing Julia k1lled herself, Thomas has enough of Pippa's obsession with the neighbors and storms out, telling her they are over.

Pippa feels sorry for telling Julia the truth, as it led to her k1lling herself, and doesn't know how to make things right. But maybe there's more than meets the eye.

I personally enjoyed the movie, it has a unique idea. The leads are interesting to say the least. At first Thomas is joining Pippa in her spying , but he loses interest as soon as he thinks the woman across the street lost her life due to Pippa's meddling.

I personally didn't understand Pippa's obsession with the neighbors, and also, how could they live without curtains, especially since the buildings were so close together, and had such large windows!

SPOILER Although portrayed as the bad guy, the husband,by his real name Sebastian, seems to regret doing the things he did to Pippa, while his wife seems to be enjoying it.END OF SPOILERS

The actors were good. Sydney Sweeney has a beautiful body, but the hairstylist didn't know what to do with her hair, as I didn't like how they arranged it.

The soundtrack was good.

The movie, written and directed by Michael Mohan, is an Amazon production and received mixed reviews, being considered a lower version of movies like Brian de Palma's Body Double and Alfred Hitchcock's Rear Window.

Rating : Worth a watch !
